About Us
King Charities was created by Reginald King in 2011. Mr. King was a social worker for 30 years and has a heart for helping people in need. After leaving the field of social work, he looked for a way to continue serving the community. Mr. King grew up in an era where many times people in the community came together to help others. We see less of this in today’s society. Most people stay within the boundaries of their world. King Charities will be an agent for helping those in need and breaking those boundaries.

Support Sherman Smith’s Family after Hurricane Disaster
King Charities is a non-profit charitable organization that provides assistance to people in need. We are based out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. King Charities wishes to help Sherman Smith and his family. The family of Sherman Smith was profoundly impacted by the recent Hurricane Milton. As you can see by the photo, the family’s home was completely destroyed. Not having somewhere to live is a serious hardship. In addition, the cars were destroyed along with all of their possessions. Sherman use to do yard work for several people in Broward County before he and his family moved to Port Salerno. King Charities is asking for your help for Sherman’s family. He is the kind of man who would give you the shirt he is wearing. Please help!
